Title: Safety competencies: A systematic literature review. Background: competency is believed to be a pillar of an organization’s safety culture and one the climate dimensions. competencies can vital point controlling maintaining sustainability health in society organization. The industries’ society’s relationship driven by controlled hierarchy its members. Failure identify social indicators such as leading will cause failure development program. Hence, review published studies essential for easing dissemination useful research findings gaining access future trends research. aimed about identified basic workforce maintain sustainable climate. Methods: This provided five-step approach guided Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 statement framework. from past 20 years were retrieved electronic databases Scopus, Science Direct, Web Science. only involved article papers, papers which are written English. quality was assessed using standard PRISMA checklist. registered on International Platform Registered Review Meta-Analysis Protocols (INPLASY) with registration number INPLASY202230246 DOI 10.37766/inplasy2022.3.0146. Findings: unbiased wide produces new, feasible alternative index. study has expanded recent shows importance item sustain suggests teamwork, communication skills, foundation knowledge workers based being most discussed. process possibility regarding after catastrophic event COVID-19 pandemic industrial human-machine integration through 4.0 Industrial Revolution era.
